Our mission is to provide individuals with the tools and techniques to cultivate mindfulness, enhance self-awareness, and achieve inner harmony through the practice of yoga. In this modern era, unfortunately, addictions, money, lust, tension, and many more things have entered into the mind of people in huge ranges that they have forgotten about their health, mental peace, heart, and their soul.
This is the basic cause behind most of the population of India being under depression, and suicidal commitments, and even leads to an increase in the number of patients in mental hospitals. Therefore, we are highly in need to get rid of these distortions and relish our body, heart, mind, and soul again. For this, Sushma Singh helps her patients to overcome all these mental or physical issues through meditation, Yoga, and other healing exercises.
Sushma Singh Qualifications
Sushma Singh being a professional yoga and meditation instructor brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Yoga Medit. She has achieved many degrees with qualifications including a Master’s in Yoga from Uttarakhand and also received specialized training for children with special needs. She gained holistic education from the topmost leading institutes of India. Sushma is committed to creating inclusive and accessible yoga programs. Rikhia Yoga Training from Sivananda Ashram further enriched her understanding of the body-mind connection.

Over the last few years, she has helped a great number of people to overcome their mental problems and maintain a balance between heart, mind, body, and soul. At Yoga Medit, we believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or background.
